What information do you maintain in my file and can I examine my file? Who will my adviser be? Incito Wealth Pty Ltd will be providing the financial service. Incito Wealth Pty Ltd is made up of a team of highly trained professionals dedicated to providing the very best financial planning and investment advice. Your adviser will be an Authorised Representative of Incito Wealth. All our advisers have met stringent educational standards and continue to meet strict ongoing training requirements. Who is responsible for the financial services provided? Incito Wealth Pty Ltd is responsible for the financial services provided. Your Adviser will be acting for you on behalf of Incito Wealth Pty Ltd (“Incito”). What advisory services are available to me? Incito Wealth Pty Ltd offers the following financial services: - Retirement planning strategies
- Wealth creation
- Superannuation strategies
- Self-managed superannuation advice
- Pension planning
- Insurance services
- Gearing strategies
- Social security advice
- Estate planning
In addition, your Adviser is able to offer you an on-going monitoring and review service for your investment portfolio or life insurance program. We will only recommend a financial product to you after considering its suitability for your individual needs, objectives and financial situation. The products we recommend are selected from our approved list of products. I have investments with another financial planner; does that prevent me meeting with you? We are happy to offer you a NO OBLIGATION introductory meeting, or simply a second opinion to confirm that you are heading in the right direction. If your current investments are appropriate, we will be the first to tell you, and we would not invite you to use our services unless we can demonstrate clear benefit in doing so. How will I pay for the service? We offer a Complimentary, NO OBLIGATION introductory meeting with one of our fully licensed and experienced financial advisers. In the event that there will be benefit for you to move forward with our services, we operate on a fee-for-service basis and on some occasions receive commissions. The amount of and methods of calculating the fees, commissions, bonuses and other incentives that we may receive for the advice, will be disclosed at the time our advice is provided or as soon as practical after that time. It is a legislative requirement that this information will be detailed in the Statement of Advice (financial plan). Do I get detailed information about actual commissions and other benefits my adviser gets from making the recommendations? Yes. You have the right to know about details of commissions and or other benefits your Adviser receives for recommending investments. We will provide this information to you when we make specific recommendations in the Statement of Advice, Statement of Additional Advice or Record of Advice. Will you give me advice that is suitable to my needs objectives and financial circumstances? Yes. However, to do so we need to find out your personal objectives, financial situation and needs before we recommend any financial product to you. You have the right not to divulge this information to us, if you do not wish to do so. In that case, we are required to warn you about the possible consequences of us not having your full personal information. You should read the warnings carefully. What should I know about any risks of the investments or investment strategies recommended to me? We will explain to you any significant risks of investments and strategies that we recommend to you. If we do not do so, or you do not understand these risks, you should ask us for further clarification. What information do you maintain in my file and can I examine my file? We maintain a record of your personal profile that includes details of your objectives, financial situation and needs. We also maintain records of any recommendations made to you. If you wish to examine the personal information contained on your file, you should ask us in writing and we will make arrangements for you to do so.
